A. Professional Performance for Estudio Varesse

Jorge Varese entered to Estudio Varese on December 1989, as soon as he graduated from high school, when he was 18 years old.
While finishing his university degree, he worked in all areas, starting as an errand boy, moving forward to data-entry, treasurer’s office, and accountant assistant.
Associate in ESTUDIO VARESE Contable Impositivo since 1995.
As an associate, his primarily role is to supervise the client servicing through personalized service, acting as a link and responsible for the relationship and communication between the client and the accounting firm, constantly looking for mechanisms and providing directives to the structure for the best performance of the usual benefits related to the following areas: taxes, labour risk prevention, accounting, partnerships, as well as providing assistance about any inquiry the client may have, counting with the support of external experts on different areas, for example (among others): the implementation of management systems, internal organization of the firm, trading and transferring of funds abroad, finance, stock-exchange transactions, human resources and personnel administration, corporate regularisation, corporate valuation, transfer of goodwill, bankruptcy, tax, labour, civil, commercial and criminal law. In the internal level, the associates share the tasks pertinent to their management position as any other company, and they supervise the following areas: organization of the accounting firm’s general tasks, human resources and personnel administration, investments, marketing services and the firm’s internal management.

Como socio su función principal es supervisar la prestación al cliente mediante una atención personalizada, actuando como nexo y responsable de la relación y la comunicación CLIENTE-ESTUDIO, buscando constantemente los mecanismos e impartiendo las directivas a la estructura para el mejor funcionamiento de las prestaciones habituales relacionadas con las áreas: Impuestos, Laboral y Previsional, Contabilidad, Sociedades, así como también el asesoramiento sobre todo tipo de cuestiones que pueda requerir el cliente, contando con el apoyo de expertos externos en las distintas áreas, como por ejemplo entre otras: implementación de sistemas de gestión, organización interna de la empresa, comercio y transferencias de fondos con el exterior, financiamiento, operaciones bursátiles, recursos humanos y administración de personal, regularizaciones empresariales, valuación de empresas, transferencias de fondos de comercio, concursos y quiebras, derecho tributario, laboral, civil, comercial, penal. A nivel interno, los socios comparten las tareas propias de su cargo directivo como en cualquier empresa, supervisando entre otras las siguientes áreas: organización de las tareas generales del Estudio, recursos humanos y administración de personal, inversiones, marketing y comercialización de servicios, gestión interna del Estudio,
